Nathan's first dentist appointment

Nathan had his first dentist appointment today and Im happy to say..he did really well! This kid literally has not brushed his teeth for like 6 months other then sporatic attempts and his diet is terrible. However, he has no cavities and the dentist said the spacing between his teeth are great. And let me tell you, she was good at getting him to cooperate. I was taking notes! She counted his fingers, his ears...and oh oops we should really count these teeth... you need to open wide so we can count the ones in the back... lol! He wanted to sit on my lap in the chair but beyond that he didnt fuss at all. They recommend that Alia come alot sooner then Nathan. First tooth, first appt. So she gets to go with him in 6 months for the next visit. I was a little worried that his teeth would be in bad shape so Im very much relieved now :-)
